1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.
2. Services Provided
Valet Wax provides professional ski and snowboard tuning, waxing, and maintenance services with pickup and delivery throughout Utah's mountain communities. Our services include:
- Professional waxing services
- Edge sharpening and tuning
- Base repairs and maintenance
- Boot drying services
- Pickup and delivery logistics
3. Booking and Payment
Booking Process
- All bookings must be made through our website or authorized channels
- You must provide accurate contact and equipment information
- Service availability is subject to our operating schedule and capacity
- We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion
Pricing and Payment
- All prices are in US Dollars and subject to change without notice
- Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged
- We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated
- Volume discounts apply automatically for multiple sets of equipment
- Delivery fees vary based on service speed and location
4. Pickup and Delivery
Pickup Services
- You must have your equipment ready at the scheduled pickup time
- We offer scheduled pickup windows; exact times may vary
- You are responsible for ensuring equipment is accessible to our courier
- Partner properties may have specific pickup procedures
Delivery Services
- We guarantee delivery before first chair for premium overnight service
- Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather or unforeseen circumstances
- You must ensure someone is available to receive the equipment
- We are not responsible for equipment left unattended after delivery
5. Equipment Liability and Care
Your Responsibilities
- You are responsible for providing accurate equipment descriptions
- Equipment must be in serviceable condition when submitted
- You must disclose any existing damage or special requirements
- Skis and snowboards should be reasonably clean
Our Responsibilities
- We will exercise reasonable care in handling your equipment
- We maintain insurance coverage for equipment in our custody
- We will notify you of any issues discovered during service
- We guarantee professional workmanship on all services
Limitation of Liability
Our liability for lost or damaged equipment is limited to the lesser of: (a) the actual cash value of the equipment, or (b) $1,000 per item. We are not liable for:
- Pre-existing damage not disclosed at time of service
- Normal wear and tear from service
- Damage caused by defective equipment or materials
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Lost use, lost profits, or rental expenses
6. Service Standards and Guarantees
Slopes to Slopes Guarantee
For premium overnight service, we guarantee equipment will be waxed, tuned, and delivered before first chair. If we fail to meet this guarantee, you may be eligible for a service credit or refund at our discretion.
Quality Guarantee
We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with the quality of service, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will re-service your equipment at no additional charge if the issue is due to our workmanship.
7. Cancellations and Refunds

8. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Tech, LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our written permission.
9. Partner Properties
Partner hotels and resorts receive special pricing and service terms. Partner agreements are subject to separate contracts and terms. Guest services provided through partner properties are subject to both these Terms and any partner-specific policies.
10. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Provide false or misleading information
- Use our services for any illegal purpose
- Interfere with the proper functioning of our services
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Harass or abuse our staff or couriers
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tech, LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Arbitration
Any disputes not resolved informally shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration shall take place in Utah. You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits.
13. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website with a new effective date. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
14. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Tech, LLC regarding the use of our services.
